Product details

WYZ-01 (078) type marine thermometer/oil temperature gaugeSuitable for measuring the temperature of liquids, gases, and vapors that do not corrode copper and copper alloys within 20 meters.

Marine thermometer/oil temperature gaugeMain technical parameters

1. Measurement range: WYZ-01 O-125oC

2. Surface diameter: 60mm

3. The nominal pressure resistance of the temperature sensor shall not exceed 6.4MPa.

4. The net weight of the instrument (excluding capillary tubes) is 350g. (Capillary tubes are 50g per meter)

Marine thermometer/oil temperature gaugePrecautions for use and maintenance

1. The thermometer should be used in an environment where the ambient air temperature is -10oC -+55oC and the relative humidity is not greater than 95%.

2. The thermometer should be installed vertically on a mounting plate without vibration. (Not exceeding 30Hz)

3. The temperature sensor must be fully immersed in the measured medium and inserted as deeply as possible to reduce errors caused by heat dissipation due to the installation bolts of the temperature sensor. The measured medium needs to flow frequently.

During installation, the capillary tube should be straight and fixed with a rolling head at intervals of no more than 300 millimeters. The bending radius of the capillary tube should not be less than 50 millimeters.

5. The working temperature of the thermometer should be between 1/2-3/4 of the measurement range.

Under any circumstances (whether during transportation, installation, or use), the thermometer should avoid vibration, collision, and impact.

When measuring media that corrode copper and copper alloys or have a pressure greater than the nominal pressure that the temperature sensor can withstand, a protective tube must be added to the temperature sensor.
